Tanvi Bhatt and CogMoBal Lab Participate in APTA 2024 Combined Sections Meeting
Tanvi Bhatt and doctoral students from the CogMoBal lab attended the APTA 2024 Combined sections meeting. Dr. Bhatt conducted a workshop on the path to publication for a physical therapist, moderated a roundtable mock study section on the NIH scientific grant review process and presented a symposium on advancing the translational and approachability of dual task in rehabilitation. Doctoral students presented 6 posters regarding various ongoing research projects. Some of the posters were regarding the interaction of vestibular dysfunction and mild cognitive impairment on reactive balance control and fall risk among older adults, review on effect of explicit prioritization on dual-task paradigms among neurological populations and effects of virtually delivered non-interactive exergaming among frail older populations.
