UIC contact tracing: Updated classroom and workplace guidance
The UIC contact tracing program has made several changes to their classroom and workplace contact tracing procedures as a result of the surge in cases at UIC and the surrounding community and the highly transmissible Omicron variant. The changes were implemented to ensure the UIC contact tracing program can continue to deliver public health guidance to all individuals who test positive for COVID-19, are exposed to a COVID-positive individual, or report university sponsored travel in a timely manner.
