Introduction
When creating forms and surveys, UIC Technology Solutions recommends using enterprise-supported platforms such as Qualtrics, Google Forms, Microsoft Forms or forms built into Red websites, as well as workflow tools in Box. If you currently have forms or surveys hosted on WebTools, please move them to one of the UIC-recommended platforms.
