AHS attends the 50th Annual National Diversity in STEM Conference

Dean Crespo and members of the AHS Student Affairs team attended the 50th annual Diversity in STEM conference the week of October 23rd, 2023.  The conference was hosted by the Society for Advancement of Chicanos and Native Americans in Science (SACNAS).  It is the largest multidisciplinary and multicultural STEM diversity event in the country.  Conference attendees are immersed in cutting-edge STEM research, professional development sessions, motivational keynote speakers, and the Graduate School & Career Expo Hall.  AHS participated in the Expo to recruit diverse high achieving students for the college’s graduate and professional programs.
