Andrea Kim awarded Serious Games and Virtual Environments Best in Show Award

BVIS student Andrea Kim was awarded first place Serious Games and Virtual Environments Best in Show Award at the 19th International Meeting on Simulation in Healthcare SimVentors Showcase for her master’s research project, “Development of Virtual Reality Applications in Anatomical Education of the Hand and Forearm.”

Congratulations to Andrea’s research advisor Cristian Luciano, committee members Rex Twedt and Christa Wellman, and BVIS faculty members Sam Bond and Kevin Brennan who also lent their expertise to the project.
