Andrew Boyd elected as New York Academy of Medicine Fellow

BHIS assistant professor Andrew Boyd was named a Fellow of the New York Academy of Medicine. Fellows are “are distinguished professionals in medical and health professions and other disciplines affecting health, who embody the highest levels of achievement and leadership in urban health, elected by their peers.”

The New York Academy of Medicine is dedicated to advancing the health and well-being of people living in cities. The academy will host an induction ceremony for new foelows on Nov. 1 in New York City.
