Introduction
BHIS clinical associate professor Eric Swirsky to deliver talk at the the 2019 Ruth K. Palmer Symposium, at the Loyola University Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing, on March 22, 2019. The talk, entitled Precision Medicine, Ethics, and Market-based Diffusion of Health Information Technology will discuss a variety of ethical issues attendant to the use of computational tools for the analysis of large data sets and creating a new disease taxonomy.
