DHD professor Fabricio Balcazar is the co-author of “The System Kills Us Movement: A struggle for social change in Bulgaria,” which has been selected for receipt of the Honorable Mention for the 2019 Disability Manuscript Award by the Council on Social Work Education’s Council on Disability and Persons with Disabilities.
