Spyros Kitsiou and researchers from Rush University Medical Center publish R01 study protocol in Contemporary Clinical Trials

Spyros Kitsiou and his collaborators at Rush University Medical Center published a manuscript in Contemporary Clinical Trials describing the design of their R01 study entitled “Study protocol for a sequential multiple assignment randomized trial (SMART) to improve physical activity in employed women.” This clinical trial aims to assess the effectiveness of four adaptive interventions that incorporate mobile health technologies to improve physical activity and cardiovascular health in working women.
