UI Health seeking collaborators and co-facilitators for CCT’s 2017 On the Table

The UI Health Cancer Center is participating in the Chicago Community Trust’s 2017 On the Table forum and we would like to collaborate and co-facilitate conversations with our UIC and UI Health academic partners.

The Chicago Community Trust’s On the Table is an annual forum designed to elevate civic conversation, foster new relationships and inspire collaborative action across the region. The event is held around the city of Chicago bringing together community organizations, advocates, and organizers to hold small community conversations and discuss the larger issues facing the Greater Chicago Area. This year, the UI Health Cancer Center will be participating as a super user, meaning that we will partner with hosts to hold conversations specifically discussing cancer and health with our community and academic partners.

This year the Cancer Center will be hosting On the Table conversations on Tuesday May 16^th, Tuesday May 23^rd and Saturday May 27^th.   The each conversation will be about an hour long and the Cancer Center will provide refreshments and staff to help facilitate the discussion. We would like to include any departments, programs, or individuals that would be interested in partnering with us on this great event.
