Dear AHS colleagues:
I am writing to invite you to the Fall 2024 AHS College Meeting on Friday, Dec. 6 from noon to 2:30 p.m. at a unique off-campus venue: 1229 W. Concord Place.
The venue is accessible, and shuttle service to and from the venue will be provided with pick-up times and locations as follows:
To 1229 W. Concord Place:
PEB at 10:45 a.m.
DHSP at 11 a.m.
AHSB at 11:10 a.m.
To campus:
1229 W. Concord Place at 2:30 p.m.
Street parking is available on Concord Pl. in front of the building. Private parking is available on the lot adjacent to The Firehouse located at 1324 W. Concord Pl. (at the corner of Concord Pl. and Throop St.); reachable by taking North Ave. to Throop St. or taking Elston Ave. to Wabansia Ave. to Throop St.

- participate in presentations from Lori Mumpower, director of the Center for the Advancement of Teaching Excellence (CATE), and Chris Blakesley, executive director of Instructional Design & Media Studio at CATE, and
- share college and departmental updates.
