Eduardo Bustamante is lead author of new article titled, "Diverse multi-week physical activity programs reduce ADHD symptoms: A systematic review and meta-analysis" published in Psychology of Sport and Exercise. It's the largest meta-analysis on ADHD symptoms and physical activity in the literature to date and provides new insights into this relationship.
