Emilie Lacy selected for the 25th class of Chicago Area Schweitzer Fellows
Introduction
First year Ph.D. is disability studies student Emilie Lacy has been selected for the 2021-22 Chicago Area Schweitzer Fellows Program. Susan Magasi is her advisor. Lacey’s project proposal to create a book club for women with spinal cord injuries as a vehicle for socialization and frank conversations about sexual health and pleasure was very well received by the selection committee.
