Kate Cares wins American Society of Nutrition’s Emerging Leaders Poster Award

Kate Cares, a kinesiology and nutrition doctoral candidate working with Lisa Tussing-Humphreys, won the Emerging Leaders in Nutrition Science Poster Competition at the 2023 American Society of Nutrition's annual conference. The work highlighted the association between chronic psychosocial stress and fecal bile acid profile that may be implicated in colorectal cancer risk.
