Carlos Crespo joins NHHF Recruiting and Retaining a Diverse Public Health Program Advisory Committee

Carlos Crespo has joined the National Hispanic Health Foundation Recruiting and Retaining a Diverse Public Health Program Advisory Committee as a designee of the Association of Schools Advancing Health Professions. The initiative is to create a program to recruit and retain a public health workforce that represents the racial and ethnic diversity of the U.S. The committee will be comprised of subject matter experts from a cross-section of academic diversity programs, public health associations, departments and public health schools. Members will provide feedback on the various program components, including best practices and barriers to recruiting and retaining a racially and ethnically diverse public health workforce.
