About
Sam Bond is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago with appointments in the Biomedical Visualization (BVIS) graduate program and the Department of Physical Therapy. Within the BVIS program, Sam teaches two Interactive Visualization courses in beginner to advanced interactive development. These courses cover scripting in the Unity game engine, with applications for 2D and 3D learning games, Virtual and Augmented Reality app development, Articulate Storyline e-learning module creation, web development, and interactive PDF building. Within the physical therapy program, Sam guest lectures for a variety of courses in healthcare communication and leads a course on Visual Notetaking for Anatomy for first year PT students to understand the power of drawing in learning anatomical content.
