The UIC Department of Kinesiology and Nutrition produces leading experts in the fields of health, fitness and nutrition. We prepare students for successful careers in allied health or continuing their education with advanced degrees. Students learn with faculty who are leaders in their fields and passionate about their research to improve health and quality of life.
Our graduates work in fitness and wellness facilities, for major health care institutions, with athletes of all levels, for therapeutic and rehabilitation systems, and become entrepreneurs.
