About
Joshua Miller is the Associate Director of Undergraduate Studies and a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Nutrition at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) where he teaches courses and works with students. Josh joined the UIC faculty in 2019 after working for 5 years at California State University, Bakersfield. Josh also spent several years working in multiple settings - Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, research with the Veterans Administration in exercise-based spinal cord injuries, active-duty military, and cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET). Josh earned a DHSc in Global Health Promotion from A.T. Still University in 2011. He received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and Wellness Education and an MS degree in Exercise Physiology at Florida Atlantic University in Davie, FL.
