About

Hannah C. Ozemek is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP), who received her Bachelor of Science degree at Indiana State University in Exercise Science with minors in Nutrition as well as Strength and Conditioning. She received her Masters of Science degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Ball State University. Hannah worked as an Exercise Specialist at Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital. She then accepted a position with South Denver Cardiology Associates (SDCA) in their Cardiac Rehabilitation program. In conjunction with her professional responsibilities, she taught Basic Nutrition at the Community College of Aurora. Continuing her career at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Hannah has developed and runs the Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing Lab in the PT department. Also instructing two courses in the Healthy Living Practitioner Certificate, allows her to continue to advance future professionals in the health field. She has worked with a multidisciplinary team to develop and run a Work-site Wellness Program for the UIC Police Department, and looks forward to finding more opportunities to serve and improve the health of the Chicago community.
