About
Abigail Caughman is a visiting research associate II in the Department of Disability and Human Development (DHD) and a DHD Disability and Human Development MS graduate. Within DHD, Abigail works for the Institute on Disability and Human Development, which houses the University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities for the state of Illinois. She has worked on projects related to Medicaid home and community-based waivers, case management services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and an evaluation of Illinois' intellectual and developmental disability services. Abigail's research interests include home- and community-based services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and the evaluation of access to and quality of these services.
