About
Craig A. Horswill joined the UIC faculty in 2011 after working for 16 years in industry as a scientist and manager with The Gatorade Company (Gatorade Sports Science Institute). Craig also spent eight years conducting research in pediatrics at Columbus Children’s Hospital and The Ohio State University (1988-1994), and teaching and conducting research in the Human Performance Lab at Ball State University (1986-88). Craig earned a PhD in exercise physiology from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign in 1986. He received his undergrad degree in natural sciences/chemistry and an MS degree in exercise physiology at the University of Wisconsin Madison.
