Ryan has a B.S. in Disability and Human Development and over four years of experience advancing accessibility in higher education, including experience in accessibility consulting, disability rights research, and legal writing. She is skilled in ADA compliance, plain language communication, and assistive technology testing.
As a Junior Accessibility Specialist for the College of Applied Health Sciences, Ryan is developing the digital accessibility strategy for the College's digital accessibility initiative. She evaluates and remediates website accessibility issues, and serves as a point person for questions faculty and staff may have regarding making their digital content accessible.
