With 30 years of experience in Healthcare IT, I’ve dedicated my career to using technology to improve patient care, streamline operations, and support healthcare professionals. I’ve led the implementation and integration of major systems like EPIC and MEDITECH, along with a wide range of ancillary applications—from lab hardware management to paperless medical records. My work has helped automate clinical and financial workflows, improve billing accuracy, and accelerate revenue cycle processes—ensuring healthcare organizations run more efficiently while staying focused on patients.
At the heart of my work there is empathy and a deep respect for the people behind the systems. I understand that every solution affects real life, and I strive to build tools that make a meaningful difference.
More recently, I’ve turned my attention to digital accessibility, supporting web development and video editing for the Great Lakes website. I ensure content is inclusive and accessible to users with disabilities, continuing my commitment to equity and usability in every project I support.
