About
Erin O’Fiel Stevens, MS, CCA, CFm is a graduate research advisor to students in the University of Illinois at Chicago in the Biomedical Visualization (BVIS) graduate program. Erin is a certified clinical anaplastologist (CCA) who specializes in custom prosthetic restoration of anatomy that is absent, underdeveloped, or altered due to disease, trauma, or congenital origin. Erin has practiced in the United States Midwest, in both hospital and private practice clinics in Chicago, Minneapolis, and Milwaukee. She earned a Master of Science in Biomedical Visualization from UIC in 2010, where she trained in clinical anaplastology at the UI Health Craniofacial Center. Erin is the Immediate Past President of the International Anaplastology Association’s Board of Directors and serves as the IAA Education Committee Chairperson. She is also the Vice President of the Walter Spohn Trust, a nonprofit organization that administers grants and supports educational research in anaplastology. Her research interests include digital applications in anaplastology, education and training, and applications of anaplastology to gender affirming care.
