Karen Bucher

Karen is the Editorial Graphics Manager and Senior Medical Illustrator for the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) and other publications of JAMA Network, and a faculty member of the University of Illinois at Chicago’s Biomedical Visualization graduate program. She is also an active professional member of the Association of Medical Illustrators (AMI) and recently served on the AMI Board of Governors. Karen is a Board Certified Medical Illustrator (CMI).
