Tyrianna Sorrell

Tyrianna is a native of Chicago's southside (Roseland) with academic advising experience dating back to 2018. What she loves most about serving and teaching college students is helping them "put the puzzle pieces together," especially her fellow first-generation students. Aside from working in higher education, Tyrianna teaches POUND Fitness, a group fitness format that incorporates rhythmic drumming. She also manages her social media, @DIYsWithTy, which highlights her creativity. Lastly, she is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
