About
Sarah is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.
Former Mental Performance Coach to WNBA’s Chicago Sky, Fortune 500 companies such as, EY, Microsoft, Accenture, and McDonalds, and advisory board member for the PSEP program for the past three years.
Sarah consults with individuals and teams in a variety of high-performance environments. From her work with collegiate and professional sport to corporate leaders and organizations, Sarah seeks to create an empowered culture of success through individual and collective development.
With over a decade of experience as an applied practitioner, Sarah draws on her deep understanding of human behavior and performance to help her clients develop the mindset, strategies, and skills needed to excel in their performance environments.
