Danielle is part of the 2024-2025 cohort as an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Resident at University of Illinois at Chicago. Danielle began her journey in Ohio at the University of Cincinnati, where she earned her bachelor's degree in health sciences and minor in psychology in 2021 and Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2024. After 9 years of being a gymnast and having the opportunity to work with both collegiate and professional athletes, Danielle was eager to learn how physical therapists can help bridge the gap between rehabilitation and sport performance. She knew that pursuing a physical therapy residency program would be an excellent way to improve her skills, learn from seasoned clinicians and maximize her potential, both personally and professionally. Her interests include the treatment/management of lower extremity injuries in athletes of all levels.
