Jill Marcotte is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomedical and Health Information Sciences, College of Applied Health Sciences at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her background includes over 30 years of experience in both clinical practice and healthcare information technology. In addition to teaching at UIC, she is a PMO Manager for an ambulatory care vendor. Former roles include both acute and ambulatory care vendor experience as an Executive Project Manager, Integration Engineer and IT Analyst, as well as clinical practice as a medical technologist, with an emphasis on process improvement, project coordination and client satisfaction.
