Lizeth Mendez is a Behavioral Interventionist at the Cognition Behavior and Mindfulness (CBM) Clinic, where she supports children with autism and their families through individualized care. She earned her B.A. in Applied Psychology with a minor in English from UIC and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work. She is passionate about social justice, mental health, and increasing access to culturally responsive care for underserved communities. She is also interested in neurodiversity-affirming care, client-centered approaches, and gender-based violence prevention and survivor support.
