Abstract
The goals of this project have been to: 1) examine the differential health care utilization outcomes of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) who receive Medicaid Managed Care through the Integrated Care Program (ICP) versus those receiving Fee-for-service (FFS) Medicaid; 2) assess the impact of the ICP on healthcare appraisal, health status, activities of daily living, and community participation of people with I/DD; and 3) develop and validate a healthcare appraisal assessment tool for people with I/DD.
