The UIC College of Applied Health Sciences has a track record of funding from a variety of federal and state agencies and foundations. Consistently ranked among the top 10 colleges of allied health in research funding, the college’s research emphasis is the intersection of health, disability and rehabilitation.

AHS researchers are awarded grants from a variety of federal and state agencies and foundations. Their research includes laboratory-based studies, community-based projects and scholarship in the humanities.
