Abstract
The Resilient Athlete Program Research Study (RAPRS) is for any adult athlete (physically active individual) with a physical complaint preventing them from exercising, training or competing like they’d like to.
Participation in the RAPRS involves completing four (4) one-on-one mental skills coaching sessions (30 to 60 minutes/session) via Zoom or in person over four to six weeks and completing feedback surveys about you and your injury.
