MS in OT students publish article in the Student Journal of Occupational Therapy

MS in OT students Alexandra Garcia, Alison Bode, Sarah Camillone and Asha Rao are the authors of “Innovative Movement Strategies for Adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder: A Review of Dance and Exergaming Spectrum Disorder: A Review of Dance and Exergaming Interventions Interventions” published in the Student Journal of Occupational Therapy.

As part of the paper, the team reviewed the current literature on autism spectrum disorder for innovative movement strategies feasible to address emotional, social, cognitive and physical outcomes for adolescents ages 11-18 and to determine the effectiveness of these interventions.
