Live to 100 Costa Rica Event

Join UIC students who spend Spring Break learning about how life in Costa Rica supports longevity. Students will present what they learned about the world’s Blue Zone, longevity, and how the Nicoyam lifestyle supports a long and healthy life. They will provide insight about what our local communities can do to extend quality of life here at home.
