Spring 2024 Grades due

Final grades are DUE for the Spring 2024 (part of Term B and full 16 week term) on Wednesday, April 8 at 5pm.

[NOTE:  An online grade change request must be submitted for all grades after this date. Grades should be submitted for all students on the roster-including Incomplete or Deferred grades .]

Incomplete Grades: For instructors who issue an “I” complete grade, the “I” grade assignment form should be used to document the agreed upon missing requirements and expected deadlines.  As a reminder, students do not reregister for a course in which they are completing an “Incomplete” in a future term.  Incomplete forms should be retained either in the department or sent to the AHS Office of Student Affairs at ahsinfo@uic.edu .

Additional information regarding spring 2024 grading can be found in the Registrar’s homepage linked below.  Submitting grades on time ensures that end of term reports are accurate for academic grade review, dean’s list, financial aid eligibility, maintaining visa status, athletic eligibility, and dismissal processes.  We appreciate your assistance in submitting grades by the deadline.
