AHS Interdisciplinary Pilot Grant now open

To promote development of new interdisciplinary research projects that have the potential to impact health or quality of life and to attract significant extramural funding, AHS is soliciting applications for its Interdisciplinary Pilot Grant Program. Funds of up to $20,000 per project will be provided for innovative ideas that develop new interdisciplinary partnerships.

All full time AHS faculty are eligible to apply. Proposals from basic, clinical, translational, and community-based researchers are welcomed. The application must identify a new collaborator outside of the home department who brings a different discipline, expertise or methodology to the project. Applications are due on November 9, 2018 and funds will be available by January 2, 2019.
