Wave 3 of HOLISTIC Cohort Study now open for new participants!

The HOLISTIC Cohort Study can pave the way for new health-oriented programs, tailored educational resources, and even wellness curricula for UIC students just like you! We are looking for new participants to take a 15-minute online survey assessing domains like mental and physical health, diet and exercise, and identity. Participants will receive a $5 Amazon e-gift card for completing the survey and be entered in a raffle to win one of seven $250 Amazon e-gift cards. We may ask you to fill out a similar survey in the future. We will send you the raw study data once it’s complete!
