Liz Peterson invited to join NCOA Committee charged with creating the 2025 National Falls Prevention Action Plan

Liz Peterson has been invited to join the National Council on Aging (NCOA) Planning Committee for the 2024 National Falls Prevention Summit. The Summit will take place in September 2024 in Arlington, VA. It will be supported with funding from the NCOA and the Administration for Community Living (ACL) and will involve approximately 125 invited participants. Findings from the event will inform updates to the National Falls Prevention Action Plan. Members of the Summit Planning Committee are charged with developing the 2025 National Falls Prevention Action Plan, which will serve as a framework for action for fall prevention efforts across the country.
