Project led by Delphine Labbé awarded $600,000 National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research Field Initiated Project Program grant

Congratulations to Delphine Labbé and her team on being awarded a  $597,697, three-year (Sept. 2023 to Aug. 2026) National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research Field Initiated Project Program grant for the project “Everybody Move! Supporting access to Leisure-Time Physical Activity (LTPA) for Individuals with Disability from Racial and Ethnic Minority Background.”  The project aims to better understand needs, constraints and facilitators to LTPA participation experienced by people with disabilities from racial and ethnic minority backgrounds and to identify gaps in services and resources for meeting these needs. Monika Stodolska from Urbana Champaign is Co-PI and Yochai Eisenberg and Casey Herman are CO-Is.
