Disability and Healthy Communities

The goal of this project is to evaluate the implementation of healthy community initiatives that focus on disability inclusion as part of the policy, systems, and environmental strategies. Local communities participate in structured processes for embedding disability inclusion in local public health efforts, and UIC monitors and evaluates their progress.
