Obtain complimentary sports injury consulting via convenient online or on-site visits.

We educate athletes to develop resilience during or after injury by using evidence-based consulting to:

  • Reduce fear of reinjury
  • Build a mental skills toolkit
  • Cultivate a positive outlook
  • Maintain healthy relationships
  • Advocate for appropriate treatment

Our Services

Our services are for any adult athlete >18 years and are led by faculty and graduate students in our Performance, Sport, and Exercise Psychology Program. As a RAP athlete you will work one-one-one with one of our faculty members or graduate students and receive:

  • An initial online assessment with personalized feedback
  • One to four follow-up individualized consulting visits
  • Programming to increase healthy living and moving
  • Specialized support for long term rehabilitation
