Special Olympics Research and Evaluation Translation and Dissemination

The aim of the third year of the project is to support the implementation of a co-research training curriculum with three Special Olympics Programs. Understanding how Programs implement the co-researcher curriculum will allow Special Olympics to refine the curriculum to ensure that it meets Program needs and that the protocol is standardized for use broadly across the organization. The aim of the first year of this project was to develop inclusive and accessible resources about health and Special Olympics Research and Evaluation for and with athletes. The aim of the second year of this project was to develop a  training to support Special Olympics athletes to become co-researchers/evaluators.
