We Walk 4 Health

A mHealth intervention to promote physical activity in adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities

This project is conducted in partnership with community-based organizations. The aim of this project is to increase physical activity and well-being in adults (age 20-50 years) with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), through the use of technology (i.e. mobile phone and Fitbit), and virtual peer support.
