Maximizing the health and engagement of people with disabilities across the lifespan, and their families and caregivers.
Lifespan Health, Community Living and Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD) projects improve health and community supports for people with IDD across the lifespan by examining policies and practices on health promotion, health care access, community-based services and supports, and family caregiving; offering capacity-building education for individuals with disabilities, families, providers and policymakers; and bridging public service systems.
