BS in Nutrition
Experts in nutritional care for life
Our Bachelor of Science in Nutrition focuses on intensive study in biological and physical sciences to understand the relationships between nutrients and human health. Our students are trained as nutrition literacy agents via evidence-based approaches for healthy eating and the science of food and nutrition. Their communication and counseling skills are honed to take scientific knowledge and make it relatable and empower people to make healthy lifestyle changes.
There are two degree paths for students enrolled in our program. One is to pursue a career as a registered dietitian nutritionist. The other is to pursue an undergraduate degree in nutrition as a foundation for a professional health degree, or for careers in research, industry and community settings.
