What's next? Heading link

You can check your status online at any time. This will show you a checklist of all your items and if they’re all correct and complete.

Personal interview

If you applied to the Coordinated Program and are one of our top applicants, you’ll be invited to attend an admissions interview. This will be arranged with the director of coordinated program. Typically, candidates will be interviewed in February or early March.

Departmental review

The time that it takes for an application to go through the review process varies, however placements will be offered by March 15th.

After we complete our review of your application, we communicate the recommendations and denials to Admissions and they update the official record. We do this throughout the application cycle.

Graduate college review

In some specific cases, applications we recommend for admission may need to also be reviewed by the Graduate College. The Graduate College may decide to uphold our recommendation or deny the application.

After a decision has been made Heading link

Once Admissions enters a decision, the application portal updates and an official decision letter gets mailed out.
